Why I Created The Thankful CEO
I built The Thankful CEO first for myself. As a salary negotiation coach, I was so focused on serving others that I lost sight of my own wins. My to-do list grew, but my joy didn’t.
To fix this I didn’t want to start a big journaling practice. I just needed a simple way to process my thoughts and reconnect with why I love my business. Small daily notes turned into a powerful shift: I felt more grounded, more motivated, and yes more in love with my work again.
